Products: We offer 1,000’s of items starting at all different price points. Products may have varying details in order to be customized just for YOU!
Less Than Minimum (LTM): Many items we offer require a minimum quantity to be ordered. Some items can be produced for under that minimum, but will require a Less Than Minimum fee.
Production Time: Each item has its own production time. These can vary anywhere from 12 days to 24 hours.
Standard production is listed on our website under the General Information tab. Standard production listed is for in-stock items at the quantities and imprint methods offered for that item.
In-Hands Dates: If you have an event or other critical deadline, let us know! Your “In-Hands Date” is the day before you need the products. Your deadlines, production time, shipping, and product availability all play a role in this process.
Rush Charges: Do you need your item ASAP? Let us know! We offer a selection of promotional product that can meet (almost) any In-Hands Date. If you’re in a hurry and can be flexible on selection, you can still be the hero on this one. Just know there may be an additional fee to make some products happen in a jiffy – that fee is the Rush Charge.
Imprint Methods: There are many methods that are used to customize individual items. Screen printing, engraving, laser, direct-to-garment, are just some of the ways product can be customized. For details on any particular item, item look under the Imprint Information Tab.
Setup / Screen Charges: Setup Charges are part of creating every custom order. We must take your logo and setup it up to apply it to you item as requested. These fees vary for every item. Check the bottom of the items page to see how this charge applies.
Note: Custom orders may have multiple or varying setup charges to create the imprint requested.
Changes: Any changes after approval will result in a $50 change fee.
Repeat Charges: Some products require setup charges on reorders of the exact same imprint, even if it’s the same product, design, color, etc. These fees are called Repeat Charges.
Additional Color Run Charges: The price of many of our products may include a one-color imprint. If your logo encompasses multiple colors we may be able to add those to the imprint, depending on the product. The charges for these additional colors would be the Additional Color Run Charges. Adding additional colors may also result in multiple Setup Fees and/or PMS Charges.
Pantone / PMS Charges: Most of our clients’ logos use a specific color to define them – this is often a color found on the pantone matching system. It may be referred to as a PMS # or Pantone #. We make every effort to closely match any PMS color. However, there may be a fee associated with custom mixing some colors. That fee is called a PMS Charge.
Freight / Shipping: This is the charge that UPS or FedEx charge to get your customized merchandise and apparel items delivered right to you. Pickup may be available on certain apparel.
Sample Policy: We get it. You may want to see an item before you buy it. Since our offering includes so many unique products, we are unable to inventory every sku, size and color in our showroom. The solution: if you would like to see a particular sample, let us know! We ask that you provide your shipper # (UPS or FedEx) to cover freight getting the sample to you. If you are unable to provide a shipper #, we will remit an invoice beforehand in the amount the carrier invoices us to ship the sample to you. If multiple samples are requested they may require multiple shipments. Samples are invoiced at the 1 piece price, but If you follow through and proceed with an order, some sample(s) may either be returned or included in your order for credit.
Credit Card Policy: Any orders placed that total $5,000 ore more will be charged a 3.5% convenience fee. This does not only apply to only single orders, it also applies when placing multiple orders at once. If your sum of orders is over $5,000 there will be a 3.5% convenience fee.
Returns/Exchanges: Every order is custom and just for you, so we’re unable to offer Returns or Exchanges on custom decorated items. However, we will work to offer a solution for the problem you are experiencing. Blank items can be returned with a restocking fee; this is at the discretion of the mill. Please reach out directly to discuss any questions about returns or exchanges.
Over/Underruns: Many of the items we sell are printed on a high-speed press. When the print run is completed there are often a percentage of items that don’t print correctly and have to be discarded. The variable nature of these discards makes it almost impossible to print the exact quantity. As a result, we always print more than the amount requested to try to achieve as close to your quantity as possible. The industry standard is +/- 5% from the quantity you order. We will bill you for any quantity up to 5% above the quantity you order. In the event we are unable to print at least 95% of the quantity you ordered, we will run additional items.
