It happened organically through a close connection I made in the industry. From the moment I learned more about the team and culture at The Dunstan Group, it felt like the right fit both professionally and personally.
What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?
Making things happen—no matter the challenge. Tight timelines, tricky sourcing, last-minute pivots… I’m the one making sure everything comes together seamlessly and feels easy on the client side.
What do your ideal clients say about you?
My clients would say I’m reliable, proactive, and genuinely invested in their success. I pride myself on quick response times, staying ahead of deadlines, and making their priorities my own—all while building strong, lasting relationships.
What are you most passionate about professionally?
I’m passionate about delivering a high level of service and consistently showing up for my clients and team. I take pride in my work and strive every day to improve, grow, and create meaningful results for the people I work with.
What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
I’m excited to be part of a collaborative, driven team where I can continue learning and growing. I bring strong work ethic, energy, and a passion for building relationships that create long-term value.
What are you passionate about personally?
I’m deeply passionate about my family, my loyalty to the people around me, and taking pride in everything I do.
What can’t you stop talking about?
My furry best friends Charlie and Henry, my family and friends, cows (always), and golf, anything sports related.
Where can we find you when you’re not working?
Probably outside—on my family’s cattle farm, out on the golf course, hiking, or getting a workout in. If it involves fresh air, I’m in—especially if it means soaking up the sun on a patio with live music.
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
A perfect weekend includes golf, working on projects around the house, grilling, and spending time with the people I love.
Where did you grow up, and how’d you land in Charlotte?
I grew up in Chardon, Ohio—born and raised—and later made my way to Columbus (Go Bucks!). I joined a Charlotte-based team in a remote role for an exciting opportunity to grow my career and be part of something special.
Any volunteer activities you’re crazy about?
I’m big on giving back—especially through 4-H, nonprofit work, client events, and anything involving a great cause.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
Time with my family and being outdoors—it’s my reset and where I’m happiest.
