We’re looking for a passionate and creative Account Manager to grow with us! This client-facing position requires sales aptitude, speedy response times ensuring great service to mostly existing clients and the relationship-building skills to secure initial orders from hot prospects and convert them into repeat clients. The ideal candidate will inspire both clients and team members to address our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Grow an existing book of business that we will provide you
• Proactively engage with your clients to understand their needs, making sure they receive products & services that are within their budgets and meet their objectives.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• Create and champion new and innovative ideas and approaches to getting clients what they need — and when.
• Collaborate with internal team, customer service reps and artists, our supplier partners to accomplish first-class work.
• Not looking for just order takers! We need high levels of proactive client engagement.
Job Requirements/Expertise
• Minimum of 3-years of industry experience in a client-facing role
• Willingness to work independently AND as part of a team.
• Knowledge of CRM products a plus and strong desire to be a power CRM user
• Passionate about brands, creative development, storytelling, design, and customer experiences
• Success in creating positive customer experiences both digital and in-person
• Need to have a positive attitude, be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and deadline-oriented
• Outstanding oral, written, and presentation skills
• College degree preferred but not mandatory
