How did you arrive here at The Dunstan Group?
I have been working in the promo and apparel industry for almost 3 years now and was connected with Scott through a mutual friend. It just so happened that they were looking for a new account manager, and it worked out perfectly.
What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?
I’d like to say any and all problems. Whether a client needs something in a pinch for an event, or they need creative ideas, I am ready to step in and help.
What do your ideal clients say about you?
My ideal client thinks of me as an extension of their marketing team. I am willing to do whatever it takes to make things happen for them!
What are you most passionate about professionally?
I am dedicated to providing exceptional service to each and every client. I strive to consistently exceed their expectations.
What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
I am a creative person, so I thrive when given the opportunity to bring my creative ideas to life. Giving back to the community and being able to work with non-profit organizations is something that drew me to The Dunstan Group in the first place, so I am looking forward to that as well!
What are you passionate about personally?
I am an avid reader. I set a reading goal each year and try to keep up with it. I also love yoga and hope to someday get certified to teach.
What can’t you stop talking about?
My rescue dog, Lady, and more recently, Mahjong. My mom got me into it, and I have a group of friends that play once a week!
Where can we find you when you’re not working?
Spending time with family and friends. I am lucky enough to have both my parents and in-laws in Charlotte, as well as a lot of extended family as well!
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
When it’s nice outside, I love to be outdoors. My husband and I enjoy taking our dog to restaurants and breweries with dog friendly patios – bonus points if they have a dog menu. In the fall, you can find us watching SEC football. We also love live music and try to never miss a Grateful Dead cover band!
Where did you grow up, and how’d you land in Charlotte?
I was born and raised in Charlotte. I left for a bit after college to live in Charleston but ended up moving back shortly after I met my husband.
Any volunteer activities you’re crazy about?
Volunteering at local animal shelters. I am a big dog lover, and although it sometimes kills me to leave the shelter dogs, it’s always so rewarding to give them some much needed love and attention.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
Chick-Fil-A — I eat it at least once a week!
