How did you arrive here at The Dunstan Group?
I was introduced to The Dunstan Group through DCX, a strategic partner talent sourcing agency. They connected me with The Dunstan Group, and since then, I’ve really enjoyed being part of the projects and supporting the team. It’s been a great experience so far—everyone’s been fantastic to work with!
What’s the one problem you are best at solving for your clients?
I’m great at handling time-sensitive issues with calm, clear communication and quick action. Even under pressure, I work fast, keep everyone informed, and make sure the client’s needs are met.
What do your ideal clients say about you?
I don’t work directly with clients—that’s the sales team’s role. I support from the back end, working closely with vendors to keep things running smoothly. My team values my reliability, attention to detail, and quick responses, which all contribute to delivering a great client experience behind the scenes.
What are you most passionate about professionally?
I’m passionate about keeping things organized and running smoothly. I enjoy solving problems behind the scenes and knowing my work helps the team succeed and deliver great results.
What most excites you about your work & the contribution you can make?
I’m excited by the chance to keep things organized and running smoothly. I enjoy solving problems and supporting the team to ensure everything stays on track.
What are you passionate about personally?
Personally, I’m passionate about photography, traveling to new places, exploring cafes and food, and of course, watching movies. Each of these things brings me joy and helps me unwind.
What can’t you stop talking about?
I can’t stop talking about travel destinations, new cafes I’ve discovered, and of course, the latest movies I’ve watched. I’m always excited to share my experiences and recommendations!
Where can we find you when you’re not working?
You can usually find me at home, either working or relaxing (lol). But when I’m not working, I’m often out on a nature trip, walking and appreciating the outdoors.
What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon?
My favorite way to spend a weekend or Sunday afternoon is by going on a nature trip, enjoying a walk, and just soaking in the peace and beauty of the outdoors. If I’m not out exploring, I’m likely enjoying a relaxing day at home with a good movie or food!
Where did you grow up, and how’d you land in Charlotte?
I grew up in a small town in the Philippines and spent almost half of my life working in Manila. I’ve never been to Charlotte, but I’m hoping to visit soon and experience the city firsthand!
Any volunteer activities you’re crazy about?
I don’t currently participate in any volunteer activities, but I’m always open to exploring opportunities that align with my interests, especially those focused on nature and community.
What would be impossible for you to give up?
It would be impossible for me to give up my family, especially my mom. Their love and support mean the world to me, and I can’t imagine my life without them.
