Rock Solid Opportunity for Rebranding
We’ve known our man Spencer Lueders for years. You may, too, as the founder and vision keeper for 24 Hours of Booty. The Dunstan Group is a long-time supporter of Spencer, 24 Hours of Booty and the cancer-fighting cause. We’re stoked to be partners in his new venture as owner of Stone Building Services.
Spencer says Stone Building Services is all about making our community look good, restoring and maintaining commercial stone, metal, and wood surfaces, like the kind you typically see in office building lobbies, elevators, and offices.
“Keeping workplaces looking great creates a positive experience for the folks who work there as well as their visitors and the property owners,” he added. “It’s a win-win for everyone. Next time you are in one of the big buildings in uptown Charlotte, look around and you’ll see our work.”
Looking or a business opportunity that allowed him to do great work that enhances and supports the community led Spencer to buy in to Stone Building Services.
“This business does that and more,” said Spencer. “Visiting with clients and seeing the finished product… I love solving problems and helping people, and when we finish a project you can see the results immediately. It is very gratifying.”
We sure think it’s a good time to be in – and be doing business in – Charlotte, and Spencer’s outlook is just as bright for his new business.
“Incredible growth is projected for Charlotte. My business will grow with Charlotte, so that is exciting. The demographics of Charlotte are also changing, with younger folks moving here and technology on the rise.”
Appearance is a big part of Stone Building Services, and they’ve chosen The Dunstan Group to make sure they’re public presence is clean, smart and professional. From work crews to the management team, Spencer says the look fits and represents on all fronts.
“Our crews are out working every night, so having a strong brand presence is very important. Our work is highly visible, and I wanted our gear to be just as visible. That means work shirts, caps, beanies, and things that help them do their work comfortably and looking good, and my managers and I also have branded shirts and apparel that look professional, fit well, and help us tell our story.”
Stone Building Services employs a mix of product from The Dunstan Group in its overall marketing to keep the brand top-of-mind with clients. The reputation they earn on the job, Spencer says, is reinforced with the branded merchandise and apparel.
“We are a go-to for our clients,” he added. “That certainly comes from trust and relationships, but having branded merchandise ties it together.”
As always, it’s not just about the product.
“It’s the before and after that are just as important, – if not more – than the item itself,” finished Spencer. “Those things will come back in spades.”
Branded merchandise and apparel can help you clean up just like Spencer and Stone Building Services. (Couldn’t resist that one.) But if you’d like to create a lasting relationship with new and existing clients, start one with us here at The Dunstan Group.
